Spacious villa in fashionable Westmoreland upmarket area 1 minute from sandy blue water west coast beaches.
Its accessed via double electric gates and has plenty of parking
it has a large enclosed garden. 2 large patios ,2 large lounges. 4 large bedrooms, 2 with en-suites and a main bathroom. Large fully kitted out kitchen and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine etc. and intruder Alarm, Safe, and burglar bars to windows.
At the entrance, the kitchen, the downstairs lounge and the bathrooms, hand sanitizers are provided.
There is Wifi, Cable Tvs and Hi Fi systems in each lounge
There is Air-conditioning to all bedrooms and 1 lounge. Fans available if preferred

Summary: The villa is an older property and must be respected as such. It feels like a home and not a holiday let. It has 2 beautiful verandas that offer cool Easterly breezes whilst viewing the garden and the wildlife that visits. All the rooms are of a very good size, and offer all amenities if someone is confined to 1 floor. The owner is very supportive and helpful, as is the manager, who will always pop round if you have a problem. I do think you need a car when staying at this property, which then provides good access to the local beaches, restaurants and shops. The family enjoyed their stay and would love to return.
